As the year draws to a close, we are reflecting on what has been a truly wonderful 2024 while looking ahead to an exciting 2025 for the Hertfordshire County Show.
We are delighted to share that we have once again been offered qualifiers for the 2025 London International Horse Show Rising Star classes. Watching the competitors who qualified at our 2024 show perform so brilliantly in this year’s final has been a real highlight, and we are so proud to play a part in their journey.
Next year’s show is already shaping up to be something special. We are excited to welcome back so many of our favourite trade stands, along with some exciting new additions. Make sure to visit Portuguese Vinhos in the Food Hall—trust us, their products are not to be missed! We’re also thrilled to see Manteaux returning, and we know their wonderful collection will once again be a crowd favourite.
In more good news, we are pleased to announce Agria as a new sponsor for 2025. Their support will help us continue to grow and enhance the show experience for everyone involved.
Looking back, 2024 was a fantastic year for the show. Visitors enjoyed a smooth and stress-free entry into our car parks, setting the tone for a great weekend. The Bolddog Lings wowed the crowds with their thrilling performances, while the Farming and Countryside Arena was a hive of activity, featuring incredible displays that celebrated rural life and countryside skills. Another highlight was our Schools Food and Farming Day, which was a huge success, inspiring so many young minds to learn about food, farming, and agriculture.
It’s been a year full of memorable moments, and we are so grateful to everyone who joined us, whether you were a visitor, exhibitor, competitor, or volunteer. Your support and enthusiasm are what make the Hertfordshire County Show so special.
From all of us at the Hertfordshire County Show, we would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We hope you enjoy this selection of photos a small reminder of all the fun and laughter we shared this year.
We can’t wait to see you again in 2025 for another unforgettable show!
Warm wishes for a joyful festive season and a wonderful year ahead.
