Due to the postponement of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and in accordance with point 11.1.2 of the Society’s Memorandum and Articles, we confirm that the appointment of our new show president, Liz Green OBE. DL. can be made by the Trustees. This decision will be officially confirmed during our rescheduled AGM. Additionally, this decision supports the planning and preparation for the County Show.
The Rescheduled AGM will be held at 7:30pm on Wed 30th April 2025
Wheathampstead Memorial Hall.
Followed by a Fish & Chip supper.
